Moseley completes King of the Dirt sweep


GRANTS, N.M. (June 6, 2025)—Friday night’s King of the Dirt Night at Legacy Speedway brought electrifying Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series action to a passionate crowd, with local drivers dominating the competition in a thrilling showcase of speed and skill.

In the USRA Stock Car feature, Rob Moseley of Los Lunas claimed the victory, holding off a late charge from Andrew Fanning of Rio Rancho, who finished second. Brandon Ward of Blue Water Village took third, followed by Ronnie Leathem Jr. of Albuquerque in fourth and Rick Boelter of Los Lunas in fifth.

The USRA B-Mod feature saw Moseley complete a rare sweep, securing his second win of the night. R.C. Combs of Albuquerque finished a strong second, with Chris Morlang of Grants taking third. Snowden Duke of Albuquerque and Christopher Ward of Bluewater rounded out the top five.

Moseley’s double victory solidified his reign as the night’s standout performer, earning him the King of the Dirt crown in front of an appreciative hometown crowd.

Legacy Speedway returns to action Sunday, June 15, with the Father’s Day Classic featuring USRA Stock Cars and USRA B-Mods.
