Are you ready? It is here! I-35 Speedway’s 2025 racing season is set to start this Saturday, March 22, with the Molle Auto Group Weekly Racing Season Opener.

Come and enjoy the sights, sounds, smells, taste and feel of horsepower shaking the ground as the cars and drivers line up, side by side pushing the pedal to the metal. The drivers are ready, the cars are ready, the track is ready and we know you are ready, Let’s go racing.

Early season racing start time 6 p.m.

RACE FAN INFORMATION: Grandstand gates open at 3:30. Adults are $15 while seniors and military are just $12. Youth 18 and under are free (ID may be requested). Exit 64 off Interstate 35 (1/4-mile east of Interstate). Free parking and mom-approved restrooms.

Concessions at the Trackside Bar & Grill (turn 1) and at gate entrance (turn 4) featuring funnel cakes, chili dogs, large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers and popcorn, along with tea, water, pop, coffee, hot chocolate and beer.

Classes in competition: USRA Modifieds, USRA Stock Cars and USRA B Mods in the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series, plus E-Mods, Pure Stocks, Sport Compacts and Junior Sport Compacts.

DRIVER AND PIT CREW INFORMATION: Pit gates open at 3. Drivers meeting and pill draw closes at 5, hot laps happen from 5:20 to 5:50 and the first heat race is at 6 p.m. Pit passes are $40, kids ages 6-10 are $25 and children under 5 are free.

I-35 Speedway Driver Registration: Register with I-35 Speedway on MyRacePass or print form at I-35Speedway net, complete and bring with you. One-night temporary registration $15.

USRA classes must be registered with USRA. Only temporary one-night licenses are sold at the track and are $10. Alternative USRA B-Mod rules apply. Register for your USRA license at and view USRA rules at USRAracing com.

Minors (17 & under): Everyone age 17 and under must have a completed Minors Release to enter pits.

Competitors Minors Release: Must be a completed Minors Release for all competitors 17 and younger, and must include a copy of the birth certificate with either a valid state stamp or authentic seal. Additionally, all minors must provide a driver résumé or profile containing all racing experience of the young driver and their parents, and it must be in PDF or Word format (cannot be handwritten). Minors résumé is required to be attached to the Minor Release which requires notarized signatures from both parents on parental consent. All of this must be completed before the minor driver can take the track.
