Droste tops USRA B-Mods at Dodge County Speedway

KASSON, Minn. -- It was a hot and sultry evening at the Dodge County Speedway for the 11th Annual Stars & Stripes special. The USMTS Modifieds were in the house for their annual Memorial Day Weekend stop, along with the USRA B-Mods. The pits were filled with 99 cars and a decent crowd witnessed some good modified racing.

Tyler Droste led the USRA B-Mod feature from green to checkered to take the win. The nine-car field stacked five of them up on lap 1, but after that things went fairly smooth.

Kylie Kath got to second, but then spun with two laps to go. Droste won with Jacob Bleess second, Kath rebounded back to third with Jon VanMinsel and Jerry Young fourth and fifth.

Racing will continue next Sunday at the Dodge County Speedway with racing getting underway at 5:00.
