GRAIN VALLEY, Mo. -- The first race under the USRA banner for the Valley Speedway was a huge success with 26 USRA Modifieds signed in to do battle.

Dean Wille of Warrensburg won the main event after holding off Tim Karrick early on, and then Ron Keith in late stages of the race.

Terry Schultz, Karrick and Zachary Sanders rounded out the top 5 at the finish line.
