Following the conclusion of the Musco Great American Stock Car Challenge lat Tuesday, July 12, officials from the United States Racing Association confiscated the crate engine from USRA Karl Performance Parts B-Mod winner Cayden Carter.

Four wins can be credited to Kenny Scholten after he dominated Saturday night's USRA Karl Performance Parts B-Mod racing at the I-90 Speedway.

Thirty-six USRA RHS Modifieds were on hand Friday night at the Humboldt Speedway as time trials were used to set the 30-lap, 22-car "A" Feature that paid the winner $1,500.

Friday night the Mineral City Speedway held Fan Appreciation Night. Tickets were just $5 for adults and many prizes were given away either off the ticket numbers or the lucky number programs.

On Monday and Tuesday, July 11-12, the Southern Iowa Speedway will host the 15th Annual Musco Great American Stock Car Shootout with the region’s fastest and most talented Modified, Stock Car, B-Mod and Hobby Stock drivers trekking to the Mahaska County Monster in search of this year’s title and big cash payouts.

The Winneshiek County Fair races will be held Thursday, July 14, at the Upper Iowa Speedway. USRA Karl Chevrolet Stock Cars, USRA Karl Performance Parts B-Mods and USRA Hobby Stocks will be racing for extra prize money plus track and national points with a draw/redraw qualifying format.
