Opening night Friday at Lakeside Speedway

This Friday, April 22, it's opening night at the Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kan.

USRA Modifieds, Medieval USRA Stock Cars and USRA B-Mods will share the spotlight for the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series with Pure Stocks and E-Mods also in competition.

"We are excited to get this season started," said promoter Darren Bennett. "We want to welcome back all of our fans and drivers. We look forward to seeing all of you,"

The pits open at 5 p.m., grandstands open at 6, draw closes at 6:30 and the pit meeting begins at 6:45 with hot laps at 7 and racing at 7:30 (or immediately following hot laps). All times are Central Standard Time (CST) and subject to change without notice.
