Cautions breed cautions at Southern New Mexico Speedway

LAS CRUCES, N.M.—It is looking to be a rowdy night as the stands are packed with people and the track is packed with drivers for this Robert Miller Memorial Race. Robert was a great friend and an excellent driver and tonight, under the lights and before the heavens, we are giving this one to him.

The USRA B-Mods, Nick Rivera held off the last-lap efforts from Paddy Rush and Donavan Flores, but luckily for him eight cautions ended the night even with seven laps still on the board. Rivera won by default as Rush came home in second and Flores rounded out the podium in this one.

USRA Stock Cars are here to put on a show and everybody in the house is hoping for green flag racing after the caution-riddled USRA B-Mod race. With 17 cars showing up, this one was interesting and intense to say the least.

Jaime Torres captured a decisive win with George LaRose finsihing second with his hood unhinged and blocking his windehield opening. Rudy Munoz drove a spectacular race to end with a third-place finish.
