Grays Harbor Raceway cancels Cut Rate Auto Parts Night

ELMA, Wash. -- The Grays Harbor Raceway regretfully announces the cancellation of events for Saturday's Cut Rate Auto Parts Night due to weather.

Grays Harbor Raceway will be back in action next Saturday, Aug. 25, for the Open Wheel Showdown presented by AMP Energy Drink. Classes in action will be 360 Sprints, USAC Ford Focus Midgets and USRA Modifieds.

Gates open at 2:30 for the pits and 4:30 for the grandstands with racing starting at 6:30. Prices for the event are the following: Adults $13 ($3.00 off with a can of AMP Energy Drink at the admission booth), senior (62+)/juniors (15-18)/military $10, youths (6-14) $5, youths (5 and under) free, family pass (two adults and up to four youths) $30, and premium seating $20.

The Grays Harbor Raceway is known for its high speeds and side by side racing as well as its sheer large size. Hosting regular racing action from April to September with 360 Sprints, USRA Modifieds, USAC Midgets, Hobby Stocks, and Hornets as regular classes. In addition the venue will host the World of Outlaw Sprint Car Series and American Sprint Car Series-National Tour.
