Mother Nature refused to cooperate this week, so fans and racers will have to wait one more week for the long-awaited grand re-opening of the Mason City Motor Speedway.

Officials at the Mason City Motor Speedway have canceled the Test ‘n’ Tune session for Wednesday, May 11. The grand opening on Sunday, May 15, will feature USRA Modifieds, Holley USRA Stock Cars, Out-Pace USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks and Tuners.

Due to continued rainfall in the area, officials at the Mason City Motor Speedway have postponed Test ‘n’ Tune to Wednesday, May 11, from 6-9 p.m.

Drivers finishing in the top 12 in points or with perfect attendance will be invited to Season Championships night, so it's important to be there opening night to get off to a good start and be eligible for huge payouts and points funds at the end of the season.
