Murray County Speedway readies for Southwest Pallets “B-Mod Smackdown”

SLAYTON, Minn. - The Murray County Speedway in Slayton, Minn., will be holding the Southwest Pallets “B-Mod Smackdown” on Friday, June 25.

The event will be a draw-redraw format and is open to USRA Karl Performance Parts B-Mods, WISSOTA Midwest Mods and IMCA SportMods. All cars must adhere to the construction rules of the sanctioning body that you race in.

There is no car registration for new cars and drivers. Entry fee for car and driver is $30. Pit crew entry fee is $25 a person.

Trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers in the main events, as well as special awards for lap leaders, hard charger and hard luck.

The event is sponsored by Southwest Pallets of Marshall. Widboom Motorsports of Slayton will be adding an additional $100 to the top three places.
