Folk fastest Friday at Humboldt
HUMBOLDT, Kan. – Some of the best races took place here at the Humboldt Speedway Friday night.
Polesitter Matt Collins started out on the pole of the USRA RHS Modified feature, but after two laps Jess Folk Jr. took over the lead and never looked back for the rest of the 18 laps, claiming his first 2010 feature win.
Justin “Whitey” Folk settled for second place while Rodney Sigg sliced his way through lapped traffic to pick up the third spot.
Jessy Willard started eighth and was able to finish fourth while Collins was able to hang on to fifth position.
Racing action will continue next Friday, April 16.
