Fan Appreciation Nights on tap at Murray County Speedway

SLAYTON, Minn. - Mark your calendars for Thursday, July 31, and Friday, Aug. 1, as it's the Fan Appreciation Nights at the Murray County Speedway.

Save your ticket stub from Thursday's race and adults get in for just $6 and students only pay $3 on Friday.

Thursday's race sponsor in Jim Kluis Crop Insurance Specialist and the Sportsman Shootout race sponsor is the Nobles County Speedway in Worthington.

Friday's race sponsor is Pepsi of Pipestone ... look for extra discounts at the concession stand on this night.

Don't forget to get your tickets for the pace car raffle. Tickets are available now at Car Toyz, Cars Limited and All Auto Parts Stores in Marshall, Midland Tire in Pipestone, the Murray County Speedway and other locations will be announced at a later date.

Also, there is now a bounty out for any USRA KArl Chevrolet B-Mod or USRA KArl Chevrolet Stock Car driver that has not raced at the Murray County Speedway in 2009 that can come and beat the best B-Mod and Stock Car drivers in the area. The drivers in the B-Mod and Stock Car classes are so confident that no outsider can come in and win that they are putting up the money for the bounty. The dollar amounts for the bounty will be on the Murray County Speedway website for each week.
