Kasson opener pushed back by weather

KASSON, Minn. - The Dodge County Speedway in Kasson, Minn., has canceled Sunday night's race program due to rain.

The radar is green to the west of us and the forecast is calling for 2-4 inches of rain for later today and tonight.

So ... the 2009 season opener is pushed back again to Sunday, May 3. Pit gates open at 2:00, grandstands at 3:00 and racing at 5:00.

USRA Modifieds will headline the program, along with Super Stocks, Midwest Modifieds, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks and Hornets.
