Caney Valley Speedway opens this Saturday with $1,000-to-win Modified show

CANEY, Kan. - Racing begins this Saturday, April 11, at the Caney Valley Speedway with action in six classes.

Headlining the program will be USRA Modifieds as they will be battling for track and national points in the American Racer USRA Weekly Racing Series.

Also on the racing card will be Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, B-Mods, Pure Stocks and Turf Cars.

USRA Modifieds will pay $1,000 to win and $200 to start the main event. This is our first of four scheduled $1,000-to-win USRA Modified shows this season.

Pit and grandstand gates will open at 4 p.m. for the season opener, with hot laps slated for 6 p.m. and racing action to kick off at 7. Adult ticket prices are just $8, seniors are $5, kids ages 6-12 are $4 and children under 6 are admitted free of charge. Pit passes will be $25. USRA Modified entry is $75 for this event.
