Skaggs strikes first in USRA Modified action at Outlaw Motor Speedway

MUSKOGEE, Okla. - Greg Skaggs of Bixby, Okla., ushered in a new era at the Outlaw Motor Speedway on Friday, March 20, as he captured the first-ever USRA Modified event at the 3/8-mile semi-banked clay oval near Muskogee, Okla.

Justin Fulton finished second in the 23-car main event, followed by Randy Frailey, Charles Randolph II and Fausten Whilhite.

The USRA Modifieds will be a part of the weekly Friday night program at the Outlaw Motor Speedway. Licensed drivers racing in the USRA Modified division will be eligible for track points funds, as well as national points funds as part of the American Racer USRA Weekly Racing Series.
