Neuman grabs first USRA Modified feature at I-44 Speedway

LEBANON, Mo. - Former USRA Modified track champion and current points leader Justin Neuman grabbed the opening lead Saturday night at the I-44 Speedway and never looked back in topping the USRA Modified main event.

Neuman took advantage of his pole position and got a quick jump over car builder Scotty Allen in a caution-free feature event.

The best battle was between Jimmy Willis and Don Luna for the third spot as they ran several laps side by side before Willis took the spot late in the race.

Luna and Corey Simpson completed the top-5.

Next Saturday, June 26, racing action will continue with the USRA Modifieds, Bombers, Rookies, Factory Stocks and B-Mods.

Gates open at 5 p.m. with racing at 7:30 sharp.
