I-44 Speedway tp present special Thursday night event

LEBANON, Mo. - The high banks of the I-44 Speedway in Lebanon, Mo., will gear up for a special Late Model challenge event on Thursday night, July 3, as the AllState Insurance DLRA Late Models will battle the O'Reilly MARS Late Models in a $3,000-to-win feature.

This will be the first race on the 3/8-mile oval since the new dirt has been added.

The open practice recieved high reviews from the local area drivers and several fans.

Also racing on the Thursday Night Thunder card will be the USRA Modifieds with $750 to the winner and the Factory Stocks battling for $500 to win.

These will be track points races in both those classes.

Gates open at 5 p.m. with racing to start at 7:30.

Admission prices will be $15 in the grandstands for adults while kids prices are $5 for 13-15 and 12 and under FREE. Tier parking prices are $20 for adults while kids prices remain the same. Pit Passes are $30.

The I-44 Speedway is celebrating its Silver Anniversary season of racing and is located off Exit 135 from I-44 and on historic Route 66.
