Monarch Motor Speedway fired up for Friday night

Spectacular weather is forecasted for Friday night's (March 29) racing program at the Monarch Motor Speedway in wichita Falls, Texas.

USRA Modifieds will be battling for a $1,000 top prize ($25 entry fee) while the USRA Limited Mods are racing for $650 to win and $500 is earmarked for the USRA Factory Stock feature winner. Western Outlaw Pure Stocks are welcome to race with the USRA Factory Stocks.

Pits open at 5:30 p.m. and grandstands open at 6. Hot laps begin at 7:30 and racing gets underway at 8. General admission tickets (ages 11-64) are $12 and kids ages 6-10 are $5. Seniors and members of the military with ID get in for $8. Pit passes are $35 or $15 for kids age 6-12.

The Monarch Motor Speedway is located 4 miles west of I-44 in Wichita Falls on Hwy. 287, then head north 1.2 miles on FM389.
