Huset's Speedway to host Road to $10 Grand Challenge, All-Star Memorial

BRANDON, S.D. - This Saturday night, Aug. 18, Huset's Speedway with rock the house with two blockbuster events. The night's special program will include the Interstate Auto Center's Road to $10 Grand Challenge for USRA Outlaw Sprint Cars as well as the 6th Annual Jay Egge Automatic Service All-Star Memorial.

Interstate Auto Center's Road to $10 Grand Challenge features time trials, heats and double features (25 laps each) for USRA Outlaw Sprints with two complete purse payoffs, plus a bonus of $10,000 courtesy of Interstate Auto Center to any driver who wins both feature events. The top-8 qualifiers will play poker to line up the first four rows in the first feature. The second feature is a complete invert from the finish of the first.

The 6th Annual Jay Egge Automatic Service All-Star Memorial Special recognition for those who have given their lives to the sport of auto racing at Huset's Speedway and the surrounding area.

Also competing on Saturday will be 360 c.i. USRA Championship Sprints, Heartland Racing Association Non-Wing Sprints, USRA Stock Cars, USRA Hobby Stocks and USRA B-Mods. Racing action begins at 7:30 p.m.

Advance tickets are on sale now at all area Sturdevant's Auto Parts stores and at all Sioux Falls area Lewis Stores including Madison and Brandon. Prices are $15 for adults, $2 for kids ages 8-14 and children 7 and under get in for free. Tickets will also be available at the gate on race day for $22 for adults and $5 for kids.
