Trevor Latham won the USRA Modified main event.

Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series action continued at the mighty Tri-State Speedway on Saturday. Mother Nature was a little more relaxed this weekend with temperatures in the upper 80s and no rain. Another fast, wide and smooth surface was provided with three- and four-wide racing during the features.

In the feature for the Out-Pace USRA B-Mods. Hunter Byers of Rogers, Ark., crossed the finish line first for his second win of the season. Brian Williams of Fayetteville, Ark., finished second after starting 15th. Brandon Wilson of Fort Smith, Ark., was third.

Wilson remains atop of the points standings with a 25-point advantage over second.

The next feature on the track was for the USRA Modifieds where Trevor Latham of Rogers, Ark., took the win for the third time this season. Second was Lonnie Robins of Alma, Ark., and Williams claimed the third spot.

George Martin of Fort Smith, Ark., is on top of the points by 31 markers.
