Action continues Saturday at I-35 Speedway
I-35 Speedway, Saturday nights, lots of race cars (111 last week), double Holley USRA Stock Car features, a track which honors the past and the future, close side-by-side racing, exciting finishes, Rick Beebe Heating & Air Smokin' Hot Summer Series, the best of the best race at I-35 Speedway!
So where will you be this Saturday as we honor our past with the annual Kaster Celebration Night in honor of former race track promoter Larry Kaster?
I-35 Speedway is located at exit 64 off Interstate 35. Gates open at 4:30 p.m., hot laps at 6:15 and racing begins at 7. Adults are $12, seniors (62 and over) $10, age 18 and younger are free.
Concessions are available throughout the facility! The Trackside Bar & Grill overlooking the racing in turn 1 is a great place for dinner. Large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, snow cones, sweet funnel cakes, root beer floats, beverages of your choice, are all available to satisfy your appetite.
The month of June was fun, the month of July has simply been exciting, here comes August which means even more electrifying racing and more fun events! Aug. 4 will be Kids Night with free school supplies, Aug. 10 will be ATV racing and our 3rd Annual KCBS BBQ Contest, Aug. 16 will be a special Thursday night race as the USMTS Modifieds invade the speedway, regular race nights on Aug. 18 and 25, and ATV racing on Aug. 19 completing a three-races-in four-days event at the track.
