Red River Speedway $uper $unday $eries kicks off Sunday
WICHITA FALLS, Texas—Why be normal when you can do something super? That's Red River Speedway's philosophy regarding the kickoff of Sunday afternoon racing this coming weekend, as the RRS Sunday Series has now ballooned into the $uper $unday $eries.
Red River Speedway's $uper $unday $eries Event #1 happens Sunday, March 20. Pits open at noon, grandstands open at 2 p.m., draw cut-off is 3 p.m., hot laps begins at 3:30 and racing starts at 4 p.m.
The event pays $1,000 to win and $120 to start for USRA Modifieds with valuable USRA Weekly Racing Series national points awarded. All non-qualifiers get $100 each.
Adult tickets are $15, kids ages 6-11 are just $5 and children 5 and under are admitted free with an adult admission (grandstand only), Active military and seniors ages 65 and older are $12. Pit passes are $35. There are no entry fees.
Sprint Cars, Southern Limited Mods, Stock Cars and Mini-Stocks are also racing. There will be a complete program of heat races and features in each division, and we expect racing to conclude by the time the sun is going down so everyone can get back on the road and home at an early time.
Mufflers and working RACEceivers are required.
As long as the forecast stays as shown right now, it will make for spectacular racing conditions as temperatures at race time will be 68 degrees and dry. No outside food, drinks and/or coolers allowed through ticket gates. A full selection of economically priced food concessions, including beer, are available.

We hope you all can join us this Sunday at Red River Speedway, where we plan to make it a $uper afternoon of racing... so don't miss it!
