Texas Outlaw Modified Series highlights March 11-12 “Rumble at Red River”


WICHITA FALLS, Texas—Officials from the Red River Speedway near Wichita Falls, Texas, are pleased to announce a new two-day event on Friday and Saturday, March 11-12.

The “Rumble at Red River” will feature two complete shows for the USRA Texas Outlaw Modified Series. Each night will be a complete racing program, including heat races and feature events.

Fans can expect to see drivers such as Billy Brierton, Bobby Malchus, Brandon Watson, C.A. Nix, Chad Ewell, Chadd Howell. Charlie Smith, Chase Allen, Chris Huckeba, Clyde Dunn Jr., Cody Smith, Colby Smith, Dale Miller, Danny Florence, Harold Winton Sr., Jay Baggett, John Nemetz, John Webb, Josh Landers, Logan Robertson, Michael Baker, Michael Daniels, Mike Dillard, Sam Cox, Shawn Gammage, Tommy Fain, Triston Dycus, Troy Taylor, Wesley Veal and a host of others.

The USRA Texas Outlaw Modified Series published purse, entry fee, rules and procedures are in effect. USRA Modified drivers can click www.TexasMods.com for rules and other information about the series.

Limited Mods, Stock Cars and Mini-Stocks will also be in action both days.

The pit area opens by 3 p.m. nightly with the grandstands opening by 6 p.m. on Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday. Races are set to start at 8 p.m. Friday and 6 p.m. Saturday.

General admission is just $15 both nights. Kids ages 6-11 are $5 and children 5 and under are admitted free with an adult. Active military and seniors 65 and older get in for $12. Pit passes are $30 for all ages.

No outside food, drinks or coolers allowed through ticket gates. A full selection of economically-priced food concessions, including beer, are available.
