McCarthy Auto Group Championship Night this Saturday at I-35 Speedway

WINSTON, Mo.—As the 2015 racing season comes to an end there is still a track racing this Saturday, Oct. 24, and that track is I-35 Speedway in Winston, Mo. This is one of the last chances to see great dirt track racing this 2015 season on McCarthy Auto Group Night Championship Night.

USRA track championships will be determined along with Grand National and Hobby Stock titles as the always-great racers take to the track.

Points leaders as we go into the final week of competition are Dennis Elliott in USRA Modifieds, Dean Wray in USRA Stock Cars and Tim Eaton in USRA B-Mods. This is the last weekend to earn USRA Weekly Racing Series national points as winter fast approaches.

The weatherman is starting to work with us and it looks like a great weekend for racing. We have a lot planned for this night and many announcements concerning 2016 will be relayed. Remember to wear your favorite Halloween costume to the races.

The I-35 Speedway awards banquet will be Nov. 14 at the Cameron Community Center in Cameron, Mo., when we crown our 2015 champions and recognize other dignitaries for their efforts. Tickets for the banquet are on sale at the front office at the track costing $25 per ticket. Banquet tickets include dinner, awards banquet, prizes, silent auction and music provided by K&C DJ Services allowing all to dance the night away. Social hour will start the evening at 5:30 p.m. as we relax and have some enjoyment away from the race track. Come early and stay late for this night of fun and entertainment.
