I-35 Speedway returns to action Oct. 24 with McCarthy Auto Group Championship Night
WINSTON, Mo.—As the season starts to wind down there is one race left at I-35 Speedway to crown our 2015 champions. Some familiar faces return to the top and some new faces rise to challenge as the best of the best will celebrate a winning season and claim the ultimate prize of track champion.
Reminding all race fans that I-35 Speedway will not race Saturday, Oct. 17, but will return to action the following Saturday, Oct. 24, with the great racing action we have come to expect. Current point leaders are Tim Eaton in USRA B-Mods, Dean Wray in USRA Stock Cars and Dennis Elliott in USRA Modifieds.
We would like to remind everyone of the upcoming I-35 Speedway awards banquet on Nov. 14 as we crown our 2015 track champions and give out other special recognition awards. The awards banquet will be held at Cameron Community Center in Cameron, Mo., as we will have dining at its best, an awards ceremony and music by K&C DJ Services to dance the night away. Tickets are on sale now for $25 and can be purchased at the front office at the track. Come on out for a night of food and fun as we celebrate a year of great racing.
Remember to dress in your favorite Halloween costume on Oct. 24 as we will have a contest for the scariest or best costume. We will also be playing hula hoop pass during intermission.
See everyone for McCarthy Auto Group Championship Night for more “Dirt Trackin at its Best.”
