Exciting things in store for 2016 at Red River Speedway

WICHITA FALLS, Texas—Historic flooding and nine rain-outs couldn't keep Red River Speedway from getting in a lot of quality races in 2015. As tough as all the seemingly endless weather problems were, 221 different race teams participated in points races during the 2015 season.

We were able to end the year on a high note with the running of the 2nd Annual $60,000 Red River Open Wheel Nationals this past weekend, with well over 100 open wheel teams participating from several states as far away as Colorado and Nebraska.

Looking forward, we have several exciting events already in the works for 2016. We'll announce special race dates during the off-season, plus the full schedule around the holidays.
