Big Country 99 sponsors June 6 event at Legit Speedway Park
WEST PLAINS, Mo.—This week at Legit Speedway Park will be another weekly points feature and is sponsored by Big Country 99 of Houston.
Due to a last-minute deluge on an already-saturated track, last week’s races had to be postponed until September, so the points standings are unchanged going into this week’s races.
In the USRA B-Mod division, Rustin Miller of Houston is your leader with 100 points.
The rest of the top five in the USRA B-Mod division are Toby Thompson of Mountain Grove, Dustin Shaw of Birch Tree, Lonnie Judd of Caulfield and Carl Murphy of Caulfied.
Legit apparel is now available in the tower concession area, along with Kerusso Christian T-shirts. All profits from the Kerusso sales goes to ministry to children and youth in the area.
Gates open Saturday, June 6, at 5 p.m. with hot laps at 6:30 and races at 7. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for veterans and seniors, kids 6-12 are $5 and children under 6 are free.
You can always keep up with news, points standings, results from previous races or see the calendar for upcoming events at the track web site at www.legitspeedway.com.
