USRA Modifieds return to Lucas Oil Speedway line-up in 2013

WHEATLAND, Mo. -- Each season at Lucas Oil Speedway continues to build upon the last with newer, bigger and more exciting additions to the schedule. 2012 brought the addition of the B-Mod class, additional boat races and a Monster Truck show. 2013 is set to bring all of those events back plus, two additional weekly races, a demolition derby and more lake events. Lucas Oil Speedway will also continue to partner with area businesses to offer bonus pay to the drivers in each of the four weekly racing classes throughout the season.

“We continue to build the schedule for the fans and drivers with added events, increased purse money and more diverse attractions,” said Lucas Oil Speedway general manager Dan Robinson.

Fourteen Lucas Oil Weekly Championship Series events will match fourteen special events slated for 2013. The season will open on April 6 with the annual open test & tune session plus the first ever Mad Dog Demolition Derby Night of Destruction. The first Weekly Championship Series event will be held Saturday, April 20, with all four classes in action including the Pitts Homes USRA Modifieds.
