KELLYVILLE, Okla. -- Jamie Passmore of Rose topped a season high 26-car USRA Champ Sprint field to win the main event over Kevin Cummings on Saturday night at the Creek County Speedway.

Three drivers found their way to the front of the 20-lapper starting with Brent Swift who led the early laps. But after four laps Cummings roared past just before the red waved for Andrew Deal who flipped in turn one.

Cummings continued to lead on the restart but Passmore moved into second on lap seven and challenged Cummings on the high side. Passmore got by for good on lap nine and went on to victory. Cummings had to turn back a bid from Danny Smith to finish second.

Waylon Weaver used a fifth place finish to take a slim two-point lead in the standings over defending champion Brent Bates.

Tommy Kirk set the early pace in the USRA RHS Modified main event but he could not stop hard-charging Matt French.

Kirk led over Matt Rhine until just before the halfway point when Rhine took a turn out front.

Meanwhile, French was closing and on lap 16 he stormed into the lead.

Jason Redman moved up to finish second but was later disqualified giving the runner-up spot to defending points champion Ho Dean.
