Performance Engineering and Manufacturing, LLC (PEM) is returning for the 2020 campaign as the Official Quick Change of the USRA.

Embarking on their fifth year of manufacturing and building complete quick change rear ends for the oval track racing market, PEM builds their quick change rear-ends with standard features that are options on some of the other companies.

Based in St. Clair, Missouri, PEM is focusing on reaching out to other regions of the United States.

In addition to padding the points funds for USRA racers, PEM will provide product certificates to the top three in the final Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series national points for the USRA Modified, USRA B-Mod and American Racer USRA Stock Car divisions.
