Bud Perry Memorial this weekend at Lebanon

The 2nd Annual Bud Perry Memorial takes place this Friday and Saturday, Oct. 26-27, at the Lebanon Midway Speedway.

Friday night action will see the Out-Pace USRA B-Mods running a full show with qualifying heats and feature events with the normal race night purse being paid out. The top 6 finishers in the feature will lock into the first three rows of Saturday night's championship.

The high-horsepower USRA Modifieds will headline the event on Saturday with a $700-to-win, $100-to-start feature.

The Out-Pace USRA B-Mods will be awarded Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series national points on Friday while both divisions will award national points on Saturday.

On Saturday night, Out-Pace USRA B-Moddrivers will draw for qualifying heats and will use passing points to help line-up behind the top 6 from Friday night. The USRA Modifieds will be competing in qualifying heats and see the passing points system used with the top 6 redrawing for the main event.

Earlier this season a strong field of USRA Modifieds came in for a special event with Ryan Gilmore holding back Robbie Reed and Kevin Blackburn for the win. Last season, Jason Pursley won the USRA Modified feature while reigning Out-Pace USRA B-Mod track champion Sam Petty held back 2017 champion Tyler Brown to claim the win.

Saturday night will pay the Out-Pace USRA B-Mods $500 to win and $75 to start.

There is no car entry fee with pit passes each night at $35. Grandstand adult prices are $10 for Friday with Saturday tickets $15.

Pit gates will open Friday evening at 5 p.m. with hot laps at 6:30 and racing at 7:30. Draw cutoff is 7 p.m. For Saturday night the pit gate will open at 4 p.m. with hot laps at 5:30 and racing at 6:30. Grandstand gates open at 5 p.m. both nights.

RACEceivers are required. Street Stocks, Pure Stocks,Midwest Modifieds and Front Wheel drive Hornets.

The Lebanon Midway Speedway is located 6 miles east of Lebanon on Hwy. 32 and a quarter-mile on Hwy. B with seating for more than 2,500 fans. The track has been in operation since 2004.
