Springfield Raceway double the excitement this Saturday

The Springfield Raceway will provide double the fun this Saturday night, April 28, as twin features are set after rain halted the program last Saturday.

Drivers who were checked-in and ready to compete in the USRA Modifieds and Out-Pace USRA B-Mods, as well as Legends and Midwest Modifieds, will start the program to complete last week's action. Line-ups will stay as they were posted lat week, and no new cars will be added for those features.

After the make-up features, the regular program will run a complete show of qualifying heats and features.

Pit gates will open at 3 p.m. with the grandstands opening at 5. Hot laps begin at 5:30 and racing starts at 6 p.m. Driver draw cut-off is at 5:15.

Adult grandstand admission is only $15 with kids ages 12 and under free. Pit passes are $30 with kids ages 6-12 only $15 and children under 6 free.
