Ratterree tops Legit Speedway Park lid-lifter

Chris Ratterree of Nampa, Idaho, claimed the Out-Pace USRA B-Mod victory Saturday night as the Legit Speedway Park in West Plains, Mo.,, kicked off the 2018 racing season with Community Night for residents of Willow Springs, Cabool, Mountain Grove and Houston.

Brandon Baldridge took runner-up honors while Justin Rigel, Jerry Croney and Kaden Miller rounded out the top five.

Action continues next Saturday, April 28. Gates open at 5 p.m., hot laps begin at 6:30 and racing starts at 7 p.m.

The Legit Speedway Park is a 3/8-mile red clay oval on an 80-acre motorsports facility located six miles south of West Plains on U.S. Highway 63. For more information check out www.legitspeedway.com.
