Mark Dotson won the USRA Modified feature.

The Out-Pace USRA B-Mods roared onto the U.S. 36 Raceway Friday night with the very best of the best doing battle. In a caution-free feature, heat race winner Tim Eaton would not be denied as he led from green flag to checkered, picking up the feature win. Randy Ainsworth challenged early and often to place second with the other heat race winner, Daniel Harris, third. Wes Bestgen had a solid run ending the feature fourth with Chris Wright fifth.

The Holley USRA Stock Cars witnessed three- and four-wide racing throughout the pack with close competition. Heat race winner Alvie Christofferson took the lead on lap one only to see the other heat race winner, Aaron Sauter, move to the inside and out front. Sauter continued to lead, keeping all others at bay and claiming his first victory of the 2017 racing season at the U.S. 36 Raceway. Chad Clancy moved through the field to place second with Christofferson third. Brad Whitney was again among the front-runners, placing fourth, with Greg Gilbert coming home fifth.

Aaron Sauter won the Holley USRA Stock Car feature.

The USRA Modifieds saw a great race with Mark Dotson leading every lap and claiming his second win of 2017 at the U.S. 36 Raceway. Dotson, who also won his heat race, pulled away from the field with the other heat race winner, Shayne Bailey, placing second. Third belonged to Steven Glenn in a hard-fought battle with Chad Clancy, who ended the night fourth. Hall-of-famer Richard Layne put his fast race car in the top five with a fifth-place showing.
