Deer Creek Speedway car show March 26

SPRING VALLEY, Minn.—Race season is right around the corner. All the hard work put in by teams over the off season will become evident as they display their hopped-up-hot rods at the annual pre-season Deer Creek Speedway car show at Clements Chevrolet, located at the gateway to Apache Mall in Rochester, Minn.

Doors open to the public at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 26, and runs until 4 p.m. Free pop and hot dogs will be given out while supplies last.

Fans will see some of the most high-tech hot rods ready to tackle the high banks of Deer Creek Speedway and Button Buck Speedway.

The 2016 Deer Creek Speedway clothing line will be released during the show giving fans first shot at the latest Deer Creek swag. Kids can also get an early start on the season. The Kids Club crew will be on hand to sign up new members.

The car show will be held indoor at Clements where Truck Month is going on now. Look for big savings on Silverado along with auto show specials. Anyone who test drives a new or used vehicle during the car show will receive two free tickets to Deer Creek Speedway!

Teams that are interested in having their car on display are urged to call the Speedway office at 507-754-6107 or email cole@deercreekspeedway.com to ensure proper accommodations.  All classes of cars welcome. This is a great opportunity for teams to give sponsors the exposure they deserve and to showcase the hard work they've done during the off-season. Teams are requested to have their cars unloaded by 8 a.m. on the day of the show.

Trophies will be awarded in all weekly classes including the Slingshots. Participating drivers will receive two free front gate tickets and one free pit pass to any regular points race event.
