HARTFORD, S.D.—Saturday night at the I-90 Speedway, the USRA B-Mod feature provided some incredible side-by-side racing. Travis Vanden Top led the opening four laps but a mishandle gave the lead to Doug Wallis. Wallis was unable to hold off the charge of Miah Christensen.

Christensen led the last half of the 15 lap feature for his second win.

"This dry track is awesome. This is what we live to run on," said Christensen.

Wallis and Dennis Martin put on a great show for the fans by racing consecutive side-by-side laps behind Christensen after he had taken the lead. Wallis worked the high side of the track with Martin on the bottom. Martin edged Wallis for second. Both drivers mentioned how much they enjoyed the on-track battle.

The USRA Hobby Stocks struggled to beat the 20-minute feature time limit for the second straight week. A scary moment saw Michael Pechous flip while racing for the lead down the back-stretch. He was okay, but there were seven other cautions to go along with the red flag incident.

Logan Fitzpatrick led the first two laps before Dustin Gulbrandson took over. With only three laps scored, the race was green-white-checkered. Gulbrandson then had no issues in racing to his second win of the season. Gulbrandson started ninth. Brian Hoing came from the seventh row to claim second.
