GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas--Defending series champ Clyde Dunn Jr. of Sunnyvale defeated Brandon Watson for the first Texas Outlaw Modified Series (TOMS) feature win of the season at Mountain Creek Speedway Friday night.

Watson put on quite a show for the fans, but with five laps to go, "Lil Freaky" worked his way past Watson to pick up the feature win.

William Gould was third, Bobby Malcus was fourth, Chase Allen was fifth, John Webb was sixth, veteran Troy Taylor was seventh, Chris Huckeba was eighth, Blaine Shives was ninth and Josh Landers was tenth.

Thirty-three USRA Modifieds checked into the pits and 21 started the feature.
