EL PASO, Texas -- It was a great night to go racing Friday with the USRA Stock Cars and USRA B-Mods in action at the El Paso Speedway Park.

In the USRA Stock Cars main event, it was the Justin "Faster" Lasiter show. Lasiter got to do what he does best during a race: lead. Once Lasiter got to the lead, Jon McDaniel ran second. At the end, McDaniel gave a love tap to the left rear of Lasiter's #22 causing Lasiter to getot super loose, but he kept her on track and passed the checkered flag sideways to win again in the USRA Stock Cars.

Joe Alvarado would lead his USRA B-Mod heat race and got passed at the end by Alex Gonzalez. Now in the main, Alvarado showed the whole way with John Carney Sr. following. Paddy Rush, who started mid-field, charged through the field. Later, with a caution coming out with six laps to go, Carney was so close to getting Alvarado. With two laps to go, Alvarado got stopped. Carney passed Alvarado with two laps to go and went on to tiwn the USRA B-Mod main event.

A great track tonight where we had a top, middle and bottom for three weeks in a row. Next week she'll be great as it's the return of the Super Late Models.
