HARFTORD, S.D. -- The USRA B-Mods put last Saturday's ugliness of six cautions last Saturday at the I-90 Speedway behind them. But nobody could catch Kevin Joachim who lead all 15 laps front his front row starting position. Shawn Reed and Devon Schlumbohm wrestled for second throughout the race with Reed finishing behind Joachim. It was Joachim's first win at I-90 Speedway in over five years, although he is not in the pits on a weekly basis. "I was giving it all I could," said Joachim. "I don't run a crate motor and those crates can really pull you out of the corner anymore." Brock Hess finished fourth and now trails Dave Kennedy by just one point for the division's lead.

Dylan Vanden Top was one of two drivers to score his fist career I-90 Speedway win. Vanden Top led all 12 laps of the USRA Hobby Stock feature. The race from second through sixth had people's attention for most of the event. A pack of drivers that, at any given time, included the likes of Zach Olivier, Tim Waltner, Jason Bradley, Mike Chaney, Dustin Gulbrandson and Brian Hoing, exchanged passes and track position as if they were racing at Talladega. Vanden Top did notice a car to his inside late in the race but said, "I felt like I was running out there by myself." Olivier wound up in second followed by Waltner, Chaney and Gulbrandson.
