North Central Arkansas Speedway opener to Bobby Ratterree

FLIPPIN, Ark. -- North Central Arkansas Speedway’s 2014 race season got started with nearly ideal weather conditions for the fans and drivers in attendance at the speedway for opening night.

The USRA B-Mod division was only slowed by a single caution brought out by Christopher Ratterree’s flat right rear tire on lap 7.

From his third-place starting spot, Bobby Ratterree quickly drove to the front and led the entire race.

J.C. Morton and Jason Brigman raced in second and third through the middle portion of the race with Brigman moving into second on lap 13.

After getting past the lapped car of Christopher Ratterree, Brigman set off on pursuit of Bobby Ratterree but ran out of laps before he could mount a serious challenge for the lead.
