Thirteen-year-old Trevor Hunt is the current Iron Man Challenge points leader in the USRA B-Mod division.

JEFFERSON, S.D. -- The Industrial Material Surplus Iron Man Challenge returns to action with a pair of events this week for the USRA B-Mods as they accompany the USMTS Modifieds to Raceway Park in Jefferson, S.D., on Thursday, July 19, and then cross the border to battle at the Nobles County Speedway in Worthington, Minn., on Sunday, July 22.

Each race will pay $500 to win.

On Thursday, gates will open at 5 p.m., hot laps begin at 6:30 and the first heat race gets the green flag at 7 p.m. The Raceway Park is located just 10 miles north of Sioux City, Iowa. Take I-29 to exit 4, then 0.2 mile east to SR 105 then 1.7 mile north (on the west side of SR 105). For more information about the track, check out www.racewayparkinc.com online.

On Sunday, pit gates will open at 2 p.m., grandstand gates open at 3 p.m., hot laps begin at 5:30 and racing starts at 6 p.m. The Nobles County Speedway is located off of I-90 at Exit 43, then 0.4 mile south on SR 59, then 0.4 mile west on Oxford St., then 0.2 mile north on McMullan (Pioneer Village).
