LA Raceway adjusts start times

LAMONTE, Mo. -- With continued forecasts of hot temperatures, LA Raceway officials have adjusted the start times of their events through July.

Times will be 30 minutes later with gates opening at 5:30, hot laps at 7:30 and racing to begin at 8:00.

This Friday, June 29, the race program will be sponsored by Sharpe Auto Sales, Central Automotive Repair Services and Glass Plus, all of Warrensburg, and will feature the USRA Modifieds plus B-Mods, Street Stocks, 305 Winged Sprints and Hobby Stocks.

Adults prices are only $10 with discounts for seniors, military and children.
