Vado Speedway Park gets green light for March 20

With today's announcement that Doña Ana County has returned to yellow in the latest COVID-19 map, the Vado Speedway Park is officially green and finally able to kick off the 2021 season.
The state-of-the-art facility in Vado, New Mexico, will hold an open practice session on Friday, March 19, from 6-9 p.m. for anybody wishing to come turn some laps. Pit gates will open at 4. Pit passes are $25 or $10 for youth ages 3-15. The grandstands will be closed.
Then, we will lift the lid on the 2021 season on Saturday, March 20, with Military Appreciation Season Opener feturing USRA B-Mods. All military personnel w/ valid ID will be admitted free into the grandstand area.
Pits will open at 4 p.m., grandstands open at 5 and racing gets underway at 7:30. Also on the racing card will be 305 Winged Sprint Cars, Late Models, Super Trucks and Claimers.

Online ticket sales will begin Thursday, March 11. For fans unable to make it to the track in person, we will have a live online pay-per-view option at watchfye.tv.
