Kyle Slader won the USRA Modified main event.

Tri-State Speedway in Pocola, Okla., kicked off its points season on Saturday with the 46th Annual Kegger honoring Cecil Harlan featuring the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series.

Originally planned for April 18-19, the event was rescheduled to a single-day show due to conflicting race dates, but delivered intense competition across four classes to celebrate over five decades of racing since the track’s debut on May 28, 1971.

In the USRA Modified feature, Kyle Slader, a USRA B-Mod graduate from Muskogee, took the win. Tyler Wolff, the defending USRA Modified National Champion from Fayetteville, Ark., finished second, followed by Jared Russell from Wagoner in third. Brent Holman from Rogers, Ark., secured fourth, and Johnny Bone Jr. from Pea Ridge, Ark., rounded out the top five.

The USRA Stock Car feature saw Cody Jones from Fort Smith, Ark., claim victory. Marshall Penson from Van Buren, Ark., took second, with Ray Phipps in third. Roy Long from Stilwell finished fourth, and Matt Thompson from Bentonville, Ark., completed the top five.

In the USRA B-Mod feature, Jon Sheets from Nevada, Mo., earned his third win of the year. Dalton Ragsdale from Muskogee took second, followed by Daniel Tarkington from Checotah in third. Dylan Reynolds from Barling, Ark., finished fourth, and Kyle Ledford from Greenwood, Ark., secured fifth.

The Sunoco USRA Factory Stock feature was won by Grant Davis from Muldrow. Wesley Bourne from Rock Island took second, with Ty Abernathy from Mt. Ida, Ark., in third. Rick Edgerton from Fort Smith, Ark., finished fourth, and Christopher Patterson from Muldrow rounded out the top five.
