Jason Cummins won the USRA Modified feature.

Chateau Speedway held Pack The Stands Night on Friday with Adams Graphix of Stacyville, Iowa, the featured sponsor as the USRA Modifieds ran a caution-free main event and rolled through their 25-lap feature in just over seven minutes.

Joe Horgdal of Kasson led the first lap off the front row but Jason Cummins changed things on lap 3 as he worked from row 2 to the front and set sail. Before getting to the front, however, he had quite the battle with Horgdal and Brandon Davis of Medford. The three were in a tight pack until Cummins cleared them and drove off to his third feature win of the season.

Dustin Sorensen of Rochester charged from row 4 up to second with Davis holding on for third ahead of Josh Angst of Winona. Horgdahl took fifth. Horgdahl and Angst scored the heat wins.

Kadden Kath of Owatonna notched his fifth feature win of the year in the Out-Pace USRA B-Mod class. Kath came out of row 2 and after following his brother Kobie on the first lap and went to the front on lap 2.

Noah Grinstead of Austin, who started outside Kadden in row 2, worked him self up to second. After a long haul from Sioux Falls, S.D., Cole Christensen made it up as far as third just ahead of Alex Schubbe of N. Mankato and Brandon Hare of Elma, Iowa. Hare and Schube garnered the heat wins.

Kadden Kath won the Out-Pace USRA B-Mod feature.

The 63rd Anniversary season at Lansing continues next Friday night with the rained-out fireworks show from the Fourth of July weekend races. The first green flag of the night is scheduled for 7:15 p.m.
