Graham eyes Iron Man Challenge Holley USRA Stock Car schedule

Pat Graham has announced that he will follow the Iron Man Series for Holley USRA Stock Cars in 2018.

"I am looking forward to seeing many old friends at tracks we used to race at many times," Graham said. "I will also make some other races that are not on the schedule such as some weekly events at Webster City, Mason City, and probably many specials will be added at the end of the season."

Over his career, Graham has competed in Modifieds, B-Mods, Stock Cars, Late Models, Hobby Stocks and even hot-lapped a 360 Sprint Car a couple of times. He'll also be adding time behind the wheel of a DTRA Dirt Truck this season.

Springfield Raceway doubles the excitement this Saturday

Springfield Raceway will provide double the fun this Saturday night, April 28, as twin features are set after rain halted the program last Saturday.

Drivers who were checked-in and ready to compete in the USRA Modifieds, Out-Pace USRA B-Mods, Legends and Midwest Modifieds will start the program to complete last week's action. Line-ups stay as they were posted, and no new cars will be added for those features.

After that, the regular night program will run a complete show of qualifying heats and features in all classes.

Pit gates will open at 3 p.m. with the grandstands opening at 5. Hot laps begin at 5:30 and racing starts at 6. The driver draw cut-off is at 5:15.

Adult grandstand admission is only $15 with kids 12 and under free. Pit passes are $30 with kids ages 6-12 just $15 and under 6 free.
