Seeburg Mufflers Night brings in week two of Lakeside Speedway season


Last week, a new season at Lakeside Speedway began with Lance Town (USRA Modifieds), Brett Heeter (Holley USRA Stock Cars) and Brad Smith (Out-Pace USRA B-Mods) forever etching their names in the history books by collecting 30th anniversary opening night victories.

Weekly racing continues Friday for Seeburg Muffler Night featuring USRA Modifieds, Holley USRA Stock Cars and Out-Pace USRA B-Mods, along with Grand Nationals, E-Mods and 4-Cylinders.

In the coming weeks, classes competing for the Prime Racing Products bonus cash will take place July 20 for Out-Pace USRA B-Mods, August 24 for Holley USRA Stock Cars and September 7 for USRA Modifieds.

Friday admission prices are general admission $12, seniors (65+) and military $10, kids (ages 7-12) $6 and children (ages 6 & under) are free. Suites: adult $20 and kids (ages 2-12) $10. Pit pass are $30, kids (ages 6 & under) are $10 for a pit pass. When at the track, tune your radio dial to 87.7 FM for a broadcast of all the action. Pits open at 4:30, spectator gates open at 5, the drivers meeting takes place at 6:30, hot laps begin at 6:45 and racing starts at 7:30.
