Bud Wilson Celebration of Life set for Jan. 13

A Celebration of Life for Bud Wilson will be held on Saturday, Jan. 13, at the A.V. Spillman Center located at 308 S. Broadway in Jamesport, Mo.

The Celebration of Life will start with a pot luck/carry-in meal for everybody at 2 p.m. A service will be conducted starting at 3 p.m.

Please bring a dish, lawn chairs and whatever your drinking pleasure (coolers welcome).

This will be a come-and-go as-you-please event after the service until 7 p.m. This is a time to come together and share your Bud Wilson stories with family and friends and to celebrate the “The Bud Man.”. Please wear your favorite racing shirt to this event.

An educational fund has been established for Wilson’s children, Ralee and Creed.  Memorials for the educational fund can be sent to Paula Murphy, 2603 Pleasant Plain, Trenton, MO 64683.
