$10 Carload Night, $1,000 to win USRA Modifieds Friday at Red River Speedway

WICHITA FALLS, Texas—Here's a great chance for race fans to take in a special race at Red River Speedway at a very special price. This Friday, Aug. 7, RRS will host its first-ever $10 Carload Night featuring USRA Modifieds racing for $1,000 to win.

Winged Sprint Cars, Limited Mods, Pro Stocks and Mini Stocks will round out the five-division racing program.

As fans arrive at the RRS property entrance on race night, they will be greeted on the road (inside the property) by RRS gate attendants. The RRS attendant will collect $10 per car load and, in return, issue a general admission ticket for each person inside the vehicle. Fans will then park their vehicle and each fan will then present their ticket to the grandstand gate attendant.

Fans are allowed to tailgate in the parking lot area, but we request they clean up their space afterwards so it will allow us to continue that policy in the future.

If you have a race car hauler arriving to the track that has people in it that will be going into the grandstand area, the same procedure will be in effect. Each fan inside the will receive a grandstand ticket after the RRS attendant receives $10 for the vehicle. The remaining individuals in the race car hauler will proceed to the pit area to purchase pit passes, as normal.

Pit gates open by 5 p.m., grandstands open at 6, draw cut-off is at 7:15 and racing is at 8 p.m. All pit passes, all ages are $30.

Mufflers or cone-type inserts are required for all cars in all divisions.

USRA Modifieds will be racing for the following bumped-up purse: 1. $1000, 2. $500, 3. $400, 4. $350, 5. $300, 6. $250, 7. $225, 8. $200, 9. $190, 10. $180, 11. $170, 12. $160, 13. $150, 14. $140, 15. $135, 16. $130, 17-24. $125.
